	Executive Direct Mail and Email Campaigns Using a current and extensive database of recruiters and companies, a customized mailing is prepared that matches your job preferences(geography, compensation, industry, position) with companies interested in your qualifications. Together with your resume, a cover letter addressed to specific individuals is either mailed out, faxed or emailed. Following the mailing a detailed printout of the targeted companies with telephone numbers will be forwarded to you for follow-up. Prices start from $300 per campaign.
	Internet Job Search: “Post & Search” After researching various career sites, your resume with a cover letter will be posted on 3-5 sites that specialize in your field. In addition, a search will be conducted to identify 3-5 suitable positions for your qualifications. Price is $125.

RESUME PREPARATION

The key to effective resume writing is to focus on skills, strengths and accomplishments. Your resume should read more like a performance review rather than a job description. Employers want to know what results you produced in the past, how you produced them and what benefits they can expect in the future. The more tangible the accomplishments, the greater the chances for hire.

At Career Focus, you will be asked extensive questions regarding your background and experience. This input coupled with the use of key industry-related words and strategic writing techniques will result in a focused resume that “sells” your value to a prospective employer.

PROCEDURE

To facilitate writing your resume, a questionnaire (see below) is used initially to gather basic personal and work information. This data will help determine your job search needs and the estimate for your resume. Later in our personal consultation we will gather information using resume worksheets that will clarify career goals, identify major achievements, describe relevant skills, and reveal major strengths. Then an overall resume strategy will be developed that positions you best for a successful job search.

Resumes are individually priced based on your level of experience and the complexity involved in preparing your resume. Prices range from $175 for entry level positions to $600 for executive resumes. A draft of your resume will be available for your review within 3-5 business days following our consultation. Next day service is available for a 50% premium charge. Included are 10 original copies on high quality resume paper, a presentation folder and an opportunity to make one set of changes to your final draft.
